Frequently Asked Questions:
- What is the maximum occupancy? The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 persons. An additional charge or $25 per person per night for guests up to a maximum 12, will be assessed. No other persons not listed on this agreement, under no circumstances, allowed to spend the night. There should be no parties, or other social gatherings with individuals not listed on this contract without express permission of the Homeowners. Any violation of this clause can result in full forfeiture of any and all monies.
- Is there a minimum stay? This property requires a 2 night minimum stay or the number of days of this agreement, whichever is longer. Longer minimum stays may be required during certain periods.
- What are the rental rules? All Guests agree to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and so shall all members of the rental party and anyone else the guest permits on the property at all times.

- Are there any additional fees associated with the rental? Cleaning fee is non-refundable. Should the property not be acceptably clean upon taking vacancy it is up to the guests to let Blue Ribbon Properties know immediately. Guests will be liable for amounts greater than the deposit should a cleaning issue require more cost than would have been originally covered by the deposit. It is understood that the damage deposit will also be forfeited if it is determined that a pet was brought onto the property. Otherwise, the damage deposit is refundable within 7 days of vacancy and shall be returned less any costs associated with damage to the inside or outside of the home caused by the tenets or any of the guests.
- What is the cancellation policy? If the guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, 50% of the deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the check-in date above. There are no refunds if a cancellation is made within 30 of the check-in date. No exceptions. We encourage you to take out renters/travel insurance to cover you against any issues that would prevent you from taking your vacation on the dates of your reservation.
- What kind of payment is accepted? Acceptable payment methods are Cash, Personal check (deposit only), Credit Card or PayPal.
- Are my belongings insured? We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance and/or renters insurance. Your belongings are NOT INSURED.
